Exosomes Treatment

Exosomes are a tiny little dot on the stem cell where information from inside of the stem cell goes inside of the exosome bubble, and it breaks off of the stem cell.  Here you have a piece of encapsulated information that floats over to the next stem cell or to the next cell, hits that cell, and becomes a part of the cell.

Exosomes are essentially a bundle of information that goes from one cell and is ingested by the next cell.  Click Here to Shop

Exosomes vs. Stem Cells

The goal with stem cells is soon labs will be able to grow organs and cure diseases but with stem cells that process is going to be a lot slower than initially thought.  For about 10-15 years up until now, advocates for stem cell therapy have been saying the same things that are still said today.  The development with stem cells has proven to be  a longer journey for various reasons.

Exosomes are the signals that stem cells send out.  So, the stem cells have to communicate with one another, and they have to communicate with other cells and they do this through exosomes. These are the signals.

For example, when someone is treated with stem cells such as stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and is given an IV, these stem cells kind of they move around. They go into the lungs, they go into the liver and the kidneys, and a lot of them just get stuck in fat.  Sugar is provided and other things to push them through, but many just get stuck.  When that happens, they release lots of signals, and these signals trigger the release of stem cells from the bone marrow.  When given a few million stem cells, suddenly they activate millions more.

Millions and millions of stem cells are in the body and thus are derived through these signals, which are called exosomes. Exosomes are NOT stem cells.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM EXOSOMES TREATMENT?

Exosomes research shares a lot about how people can use them.  When analyzed, exosomes are broken down to see their chemical composition.  It is apparent there are many anti-inflammatory cytokines that are part of exosomes. Logically, exosomes treatment could be used to fight inflammation which is the cause of most common diseases.

Exosomes therapy show an application where immune modulation is needed.  Patients with autoimmune disease could potentially implement exosomes treatment to not cure it but help break down autoimmunity.

Monoclonal Anti-bodies (MCAs) combined with targeted exosomes treatment are conceptually a strong therapy for rejuvenation and fighting disease.  Since exosomes break the inflammatory, giving histamine to patients in combination with exosomes allows patients to do very well with the treatment.

When exosomes therapy is administered, basically it communicates to the mass cells to just calm down for a bit so that all the anti-inflammatory properties from the exosomes signal to the mass cells to normalize therefore breaking the cycle.

How are Exosomes Treatments Developed?

The exosomes available are taken from blood and when spun out comes exosomes, or they are taken from when stem cells are stimulated.  Another way is taking methamphetamine stem cells from placenta.  They are able to be ordered from labs with GMP (good manufacturing process).  They are safe.  The exosomes have been screened. There is no disease in them. This is a cell line that is absolutely safe, completely analyzed to use. They are placental cells from a child who is at year zero.

Those exosomes are the youngest, most potent, most active cells. Those stem cells are all there for growth and development. They want to fix things and get things going.

Those placental exosomes are taken and given to patients who suffer from arthritis, autoimmune, and lyme disease where inflammation plays a large part in damaging the patients’ cells.   Exosomes with outside information are put in there to tell the stem cells what to do in order to improve.

Conceptually with exosomes they can be programmed to complete a certain action, for example, gene manipulate the exosomes before they are produced to fix diabetes. Produce mesenchymal stem cells that are already altered to make them go more into pancreas cells and then stimulate them to get those exosomes. Those exosomes are going to go into the pancreas. So these are things that can actually be controlled.  Whereas stem cells are very different and do not always perform what they are instructed to do.

Exosomes are simply a systemic rejuvenation with a lot of promise to treat a variety of ailments.

Exosomes are beneficial because they speed up the process with stem cells, and the treatment is reliant on them to produce their exosomes to get the treatment going.

How Long Has Exosomes Treatment Been Around?

Exosomes have been around for several years.  Previously nobody knew what exosomes were. There were discussions about exosomes and research into ways to program them because exosomes can be influenced.

The original research with Exosomes was basically looking at them to transport medication because they can go into a cell, they can be trained to target certain areas, such as cancer, they can be trained carry a medication and know it’s going to get to a destination to fight the cancer.

Exosomes Therapy

In comparison to the results of stem cells, exosomes treatment is well researched as far as safety is concerned. Many trials are in the second phase or even the third phase using Exosomes.

Exosomes having been established as safe and big pharma using them for its own monetary benefit, there still leaves a range of researchable applications because exosomes control the cellular environment by basically telling a cells this is how it should be.  Learn More About Stromal Vascular Fraction

EXOSOMES RESEARCH

Experiments have shown once people age, they actually don’t send out as many exosomes as when the stem cells are young.  Under a microscope the particles can be seen and counted.  If stem cells are taken from an older person and stimulated, exosomes are produced

When stem cells are taken from a young person and stimulated, they also produce exosomes. However, the young person’s stem cells produce many, many more exosomes. Therefore the signaling decreases as people get older and it can also be impacted by a health.

Regenerative Therapy

Exosomes are not only unique to stem cells. Exosomes is a signaling form that even viruses and bacteria can signal through.  Other cells can signal through exosomes. So this is a signaling pathway that all kind of living things have within sight of them.  Interesting enough, if you take the stem cells of an older person and you take stem cells of a young person and put them together in the same vicinity, they will not touch.  Despite the cells not touching, the older cells begin to become young again and that’s because these young cells are communicating with the old cells through exosomes.

EXOSOMES FOR CELL REGENERATION

Exosomes signals are going out from these younger cells, going to the older cells and giving the older cells the information that they need to rejuvenate.  This is different than blood therapies but in concept it is similar. For instance, in many countries young people or even children are transfused into older people and it rejuvenates them.  The way that works is not because the exosomes that have been released from the blood are giving the signals to the old cells of what what they need to do to rejuvenate and become young again.  It’s information that’s coming out of a cell and being put into another cell. So, there is actual RNA that’s being transferred there and that’s why these older cells can rejuvenate.
